The client is responsible for: providing accurate information about the unit and building; ensuring access to the property for measurement and installation visits; obtaining any necessary authorisation from the building administrator or copropiedad before installation; and verifying that the installation complies with any specific requirements of their building's internal regulations.
The resistance certificate issued by Qexlido documents the materials, anchoring method, and calculated load capacity of the installed system. It is not a structural engineering certification issued by a registered Chilean engineer unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. Clients should verify specific documentation requirements with their building administrator before engaging the service.
To the extent permitted by Chilean law, Qexlido's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Qexlido is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
